Your way to SIXTSIXT at Charlotte Douglas International Airport is located inside the CLT Rental Car Facility in Level 2 lobby of the Hourly Deck. From Arrivals/Baggage Claim exit the terminal on the lower level and proceed directly across the car and shuttle/bus lanes using the crosswalk and covered walkway into the Level 2 lobby. Once inside the Rental Car Facility please proceed to the SIXT counter on the right, and our representatives will assist you. Return informationTo return your SIXT vehicle, please follow directions towards Charlotte Douglas International Airport and look for directional signs along the way leading you to "Rental Car Return". Please drive up to level 3 of the garage and follow the directional signs along the way to SIXT and you will see our exit booth on your right just before the garage exit ramp. Once you enter the SIXT return area, pull forward in any lane under the "Car Return" sign and a SIXT staff member will be there to process the vehicle return. To get back to the terminal proceed downstairs to the south side of Level 2 lobby and exit the building. Continue directly across the shuttle/bus and car lanes via crosswalk and enter the Arrivals/Baggage Claim area of terminal on the lower level. Once inside, take the elevator or escalator to the upper level to Departures/Ticketing.
