Policies

We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, and Euro cards. Bank Issued debit cards are accepted from airline arriving customers only, with proof of full coverage insurance that transfers to the rental vehicle. International airline arriving customers must have proof of return flight itinerary. Cash payments will be accepted upon return of vehicle at the end of the rental.

Debit cards are considered to be any non-credit card bearing the VISA, Mastercard®, or Discover logo. Pre-paid cards or any other non-credit card without one of these logos are not accepted.

Debit cards are only accepted at the time of rental if accompanied by a ticketed return travel itinerary. At the time of rental, charges and the deposit will be placed on the debit card, which reduces the available funds in the account associated with the card used. Renter is responsible for any overdraft fees incurred.

Renters wanting to rent the Premium Elite Dodge Charger RT MUST provide proof of their own full coverage insurance, must be at least 26 years of age, cannot use a debit card and the deposit will be $500.

All renters will pay a refundable security deposit of 300.00 USD plus the estimated amount of the rental.

Renters must present a valid driver's license and a major credit card at the time of rental. Local renters must provide a current utility bill and proof of employment at time of pick up. Minimum age to rent is 21. Proof of FULL INSURANCE COVERAGE (collision and liability) that will transfer to the Rental Unit MUST be provided at the time of rental. Otherwise Renter MUST purchase Collision Coverage and Supplemental Liability Insurance at the time of Rental. Vehicles must be returned with the same level of fuel as they had at pick up time in order to avoid a refueling surcharge. The fee is $5.50 per gallon needed.

INTERNATIONAL RENTERS -

ACE has initiated an enhanced inspection process to ensure a pleasant rental experience for all. Each vehicle will be confirmed smoke free when it is provided to a customer. Upon its return it will be inspected. If the rental vehicle is not returned in a reasonably clean condition or if you violate the no pet or smoking policy, you may be charged $200.00 or more for cleaning fees, plus any interior repairs that are needed as a result of a policy violation.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Vehicles are held up to 4 hours past the arrival time on your reservation during operating hours. When flight details are provided, we will hold the vehicle for up to 4 hours after flight arrival.

Vehicles are only permitted to be driven in the states of Nevada, Arizona, Utah, and California. Mexico travel is NOT allowed.

Local renters are defined as the main residents of Las Vegas, Nevada.

Local renters are required to have a credit card and one (1) current utility bill that must have the same address as the renter's driver's license.

Local renters will pay a refundable security deposit of $300.00 plus the estimated amount of the rental.

Minimum age to rent is 21. A surcharge of $25.00 per day will be imposed to renters between the ages of 21-24. Additional driver fee is $11.00 per day. Spouses drive free of charge. Cancellation and no-show policy

What is your cancellation policy for fully prepaid or part-paid bookings?

1 - If you cancel 48 hours prior to your pick-up, you will be refunded in full.

2 - If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance of pick-up, you'll receive a refund minus USD100. If your online payment is less than USD100, no refund will be made for your car rental booking.

3 - If your booking is made less than 48 hours before pick-up, the cancellation policy will automatically apply to your booking.

4 - All cancellations should be made online via the Manage Booking page prior to the scheduled pick-up time and not with the car rental provider.

5 - You can make any changes to your booking up to 48 hours before pick-up, with no additional charge, however, live pricing will apply. If you amend your booking less than 48 hours in advance of pick-up, the amount you currently paid will be carried over to your new booking minus a late change fee of USD50.00. If you have paid less than USD50.00, no amount will be carried over to your new booking.

6 - If you cancel your booking less than 48 hours before pick-up you will be charged a cancellation fee of USD100. If you have paid less than USD100, you will not be charged more than you currently paid.

If you purchased our Damage Refund Insurance product and have since decided to cancel your car rental booking, the Damage Refund Insurance will be cancelled automatically.

If you wish to amend or rearrange your booking, the Damage Refund Insurance will initially be cancelled. We will, however, automatically create a new policy for your new booking.

In both cases you will receive an email to confirm the cancellation at the email address you have provided during the online booking process.

Please be aware that if you cancel your insurance policy less than 24 hours before the start of your car rental agreement, no refund for insurance will be granted.

What is a no-show?

A 'no-show' occurs for the following reasons:

1 - You didn't inform us about your cancellation prior to your pick-up time.

2 - You failed to pick up the car at the arranged time and date.

3 - You failed to provide the documentation that's required to pick up the car.

4 - You failed to provide a credit card in the main driver's name with enough available funds on it.

In the event of any of the above, no refunds will be made to you.

The car rental company reserves the right to refuse a car if you fail to arrive on time with all necessary documentation and a credit card with enough available funds for the car's security deposit. In such a case, unless the car hire has been cancelled at least 48 hours in advance, you will not be entitled to a refund.
