Upon Arrival

Upon arrival at McCarran Intl Airport follow the airport signs and board the shuttle to the Airport Car Rental Center. When you arrive at the Car Rental Center proceed to Sign number 4 at the Off Airport shuttle pick up. Our NU Car Rental shuttle will be waiting to take you to our location just across the street. Should you need to contact us please call 702-462-2664 for info or pick up. Local renters may rent economy, compact, midsize or full size cars and midsize SUVs. After hours drops are allowed at our location. Vehicles are held during office hours up to 2 hours after the arrival time on your reservation.

Insurance

The renter is responsible for any damage to the rental vehicle regardless of fault. LDW - Loss Damage Waiver is $23.99 USD/day for all cars. LDW has a zero deductible. SLI- Supplemental Liability Insurance will provide up to one million USD protection for third party claims. It is $17.00USD per day. PAC - Personal Accident Coverage provides up to 150 thousand USD for passengers and certain property in the vehicle for 5.19USD per day. Glass and Tire Protection is available for 7.99USD per day. Roadside Assistance is available for 4.99USD per day. Lost and Found - Nu Car Rentals is not responsible for lost or stolen items If you left a personal item in your rental vehicle we highly recommend that you report your lost items at your earliest convenience and we will do our best to find it. The best option to report your lost item is to contact our Customer Care department at [email protected] reference your rental agreement number and an item description in your email. You can also call our Customer Care Dept at 702-462-2664 to report your lost item. Our policy is to hold items for 30 days if they are found in the vehicle or at a NU Car Rentals location. After 30 days items may be donated or disposed of based on the location's available hold space or other factors.
