Upon Arrival
Upon arrival at Phoenix Sky Harbor Intl Airport please retrieve your luggage and take the Airport Car Rental Shuttle to the Car Rental Center. Do not enter the Car Rental Center. Exit the shuttle to your right and go to the Visitor Parking Elevator and down to the P Floor. Exit straight ahead - you will see blue signs directing you to the NU Car Rental pick up location in the Visitor Parking lot where our Mercedes Benz shuttle will be waiting for you. Our location is 2327 E. Van Buren St 85006. To contact us call 1-800-55-NU-CAR. We hold vehicles during business hours up to 2 hours after the arrival time on your reservation - See business hours section. As an option to reduce wait time from the airport to our counter you may prefer to use Uber or Lyft directly to our location at your own expense.
Insurance
The renter is responsible for any damage to the rental vehicle regardless of fault. LDW - Loss Damage Waiver is 23.99 USD per day for all cars. LDW has a zero deductible. SLI- Supplemental Liability Insurance will provide up to one million USD protection for third party claims. It is 15.99USD per day. PAC - Personal Accident Coverage provides up to 50 thousand USD for passengers and certain property in the vehicle for 5.19USD per day. Glass and Tire Protection is available for 7.99USD per day. Roadside Assistance is available for 7.99USD per day. Lost and Found - Nu Car Rentals is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you left a personal item in your rental vehicle we highly recommend that you report your lost items at your earliest convenience and we will do our best to find it. The best option to report your lost item is to contact our Customer Care department at [email protected]. Please reference your rental agreement number and an item description in your email. You can also call our Customer Care Dept at 702-462-2664 to report your lost item. Our policy is to hold items for 30 days if they are found in the vehicle or at a NU Car Rentals location. After 30 days items may be donated or disposed of based on the locations available hold space or other factors.
