Policies

Additional drivers must qualify with a valid driver’s license in their own name. Additional driver fee is $12.95/day.

After Hour Returns: Customer should leave the car at the airport location. Leave keys in the drop box on the counter. Lock all Doors.

Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) is optional. Cost ranges from $22.95 to $34.95/day. Supplemental Liability Insurance is optional at a cost of $13.95/day. Renter is required to show proof of full coverage insurance at the time of rental.

Unlimited mile rates are for Washington, Idaho, Oregon, as far east as Highway 89 into Montana and Wyoming and into Canada as far as Vancouver, Kamloops, Banff, Calgary and Lethbridge. If customer leaves the listed geographical area, they will be charged $0.32 per mile for the entire rental. Customers driving into Canada, at any time, are required to purchase Supplemental Liability for the entire rental and must bring proof of their own insurance that will be acceptable to Canadian authorities. Vehicles not allowed into Mexico.

A major credit card in the renter's own name must be presented at the time of pick-up. At the time of rental, an authorization hold will be secured on the credit card provided, to cover the estimated rental charges and any additional charges that may be incurred. These funds will not be available for your use. If authorization for the estimated amount cannot be obtained, the rental will be denied. DEBIT cards are accepted as a form of payment at the END of the rental. A major credit card will be required at the time of pick up. Cash rentals are not accepted at this location.

When the renter chooses to receive Frequent Flyer miles, we will collect a Frequent Flyer surcharge, not to exceed $1.50 per day, at the time of rental to offset a portion of the annual cost of participation in the Frequent Flyer program.

Reservations will be honored for 2 hours after the original scheduled pick up time, unless the location has closed for the day.

Non-Smoking Fleet

Airport office is located in the terminal beyond the baggage claim area. Vehicles are on site.

Return vehicle with a full tank of gas to avoid refueling charges.

A valid drivers license in the customer's own name must be presented at the time of pick up. Minimum age is 21 on most vehicles; please see special Vehicle Requirements. Renters under 25 are subject to an additional fee of $25.00/day.

Any changes to the reservation or rental may result in a change of rate or additional fees.

Customers must be 25 years of age or older to rent or drive SUV's and these vehicles must be canceled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival time to avoid a $100 fee.

Customers must be 25 years of age or older to rent or drive vans and trucks and these vehicles must be canceled at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival time to avoid a $100 fee.

Cancellation and no-show policy

What is your cancellation policy for fully prepaid or part-paid bookings?

1 - If you cancel 24 hours prior to your pick-up, you will be refunded in full.

2 - If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance of pick-up, you'll receive a refund minus USD60. If your online payment is less than USD60, no refund will be made for your car rental booking.

3 - If your booking is made less than 24 hours before pick-up, the cancellation policy will automatically apply to your booking.

4 - All cancellations should be made on our online portal and not with the car rental agent. Should you agree to cancel directly with the car rental agent on arrival, you must also inform us of this change to your booking.

5 - Amending your booking or cancelling optional extras may not be possible less than 24 hours before pick-up.

If you purchased our Damage Refund Insurance product and have since decided to cancel your car rental booking, the Damage Refund Insurance will be cancelled automatically.

If you wish to amend or rearrange your booking, the Damage Refund Insurance will initially be cancelled. We will, however, automatically create a new policy for your new booking.

In both cases you will receive an email to confirm the cancellation at the email address you have provided during the online booking process.

Please be aware that if you cancel your insurance policy less than 24 hours before the start of your car rental agreement, no refund for insurance will be granted.

What is a no-show?

A 'no-show' occurs for the following reasons:

1 - You didn't inform us about your cancellation prior to your pick-up time.

2 - You failed to pick up the car at the arranged time and date.

3 - You failed to provide the documentation that's required to pick up the car.

4 - You failed to provide a credit card in the main driver's name with enough available funds on it.

In the event of any of the above, no refunds will be made to you.

The car rental company reserves the right to refuse a car if you fail to arrive on time with all necessary documentation and a credit card with enough available funds for the car's security deposit. In such a case, unless the car hire has been cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, you will not be entitled to a refund.
